Application name (used to build the office button) is now parametrizable using
an application setting named {{ApplicationName}}. It is set to Nuxeo by default.
I just added the support of [Office
Ribbon|http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ribbon_(computing)] to allow Office > 2007
to personalize the button using the {{NuxeoRibbon.xml}} file.
