Agreed, there is some clarification I need to do to make it more 
readable.  There are places
where HAL pins are marked (all, PPMC, USC or UPC) and I need to state 
what that
marking means.  I also need to say why the driver is called PPMC, and 
that that also
refers to one of the supported hardware devices.
