Book mentioned in Office 2001 package.

I'm certainly impressed with Entourage. So impressed that I tried to get a
copy of the book 'Running Microsoft Office 2001 for Mac' - published by ms
press.  For other users that want the book, or are trying to get it - the
book is not published as yet, but will be available in February of 2001.
The no of the book is 0735609713.

Other than that I found Entourage imported my Outlook Express files
perfectly, but had indeed much trouble with Palm Desktop.  I ended up
exporting a text file from Palm for contacts, and am manually inserting all
appointments, tasks, and notes.  I'm not sure why it didn't work.

Tremendous piece of software though - BUT I do miss the 'carry forward'
option on my task list.  How are other users solving this one?
