Latest update:

I have since re-tried the Data Merge process in MS Word, but it is a pain.
Once you have the label layout set-up, you have to copy and paste each name
and address individually, and because the name/address auto copy/paste in
Entourage does not include the co. name, you then have to also copy and
paste the co. name in separately for each label, as well. To print several
hundred addresses on pages of 18 labels each, by this method, is an
extremely slow and labor intensive process. , However, I found a workaround
that is a much better and faster solution, but is also so completely
convoluted to be bizarre. Fortunately, we still have at least one computer
that hasn't been upgraded and still runs Organizer -- I exported the
Entourage address book data to that computer, then imported the Entourage
data into Organizer, sync all the fields beforehand. From there, it was
simple -- in Organizer, simply "mark" the name entries to be printed, select
the label format (which we had set-up long ago in Organizer), and print.
While this method works, it doesn't say much for Entourage, when I have to
import data back into an old version of what it supposedly replaced, to
perform what should be a simple printing routine. Entourage, overall, is a
great program, but with printing capabilities that are "primitive" compared
to any of it's predecessors, is regrettable....
