(I share a printer with my iMac, so when I want to print I just carry the iBook over and unplug the mouse, plug in the printer.) I formerly (and sometimes still) used the Intellimouse on the iMac. There, I had horrendous problems with the mouse just becoming unresponsive. Finally, I plugged it into one of the two USB ports directly, and put my printer, keyboard, and Zip drive onto my hub, and everything worked flawlessly. So, I'd suggest trying the mouse plugged directly into the USB port, if you haven't already done so. Otherwise, I don't know why you would be having problems with it. I LOVE the Intellimouse: the scroll wheel, the side buttons that do page up/page down in many apps, or Back and Forward in my browser; the right mouse button to do contextual menus with a single click...its great! Anyhow, I can report that in and of itself, the Imouse does not conflict with Office 2001. -- Peace, Allen Watson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> XNS name: =Allen Watson A Mac family since 1984 <http://home.earthlink.net/~allenwatson/> Applescripts for Outlook Express and Entourage: <http://homepage.mac.com/allenwatson/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To search the archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
