Little bug in Calendar export

I tried exporting my calendar as a web page today and had a little problem.
The export saves the graphics and pages as lowercase names, but the
references to the graphics in the HTML code are all in uppercase. Since some
web servers based on UNIX see uppercase and lowercase of the same letter as
two different things, I was getting broken graphics icons on the web page
instead of the graphics themselves.

Could the naming be made consistent in Entourage X?

While I'm at it, has anyone scripted the export of the calendar? I would
love to be able to activate a script and have it automatically export the
calendar and ftp it to my web site. Any takers? I know I'd pay for something
like that.
