Note that enabling IDLE support may break slightly older Windows versions of Outlook and Outlook Express. Or, at least, running those versions against your server may break your server. The clients failed to autologout after 30 minutes of inactivity... UW-IMAP refers to it with the -DMICROSOFT_BRAIN_DAMAGE flag. If you're not supporting Windows, it shouldn't matter. mikel PS: UW-IMAP also has a -DENTOURAGE_BRAIN_DAMAGE which I believe is no longer relevant. The explanation in the code is # Un-comment this to get possibly better interoperability with Microsoft # Entourage. It disables an untagged NO which happens when that extremely # broken program does a STATUS on the selected mailbox. This shouldn't be # necessary, and it's been reported that Entourage works without having to # un-comment this. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To search the archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
