1 - What is the best way to be able to backup Entourage for later retrieval?

- I've noticed that dragging a folder to the desktop - then back does work
but seems to take a long time and not take sub-folders with it etc.

What about this:

2 - Office 2001 Identities : is it possible to simply grab an entire
IDENTITY folder from the Office 2001 Identities folder - back up the whole
thing - toss it - and later throw it back in when ever you might want to
re-view it.
