Since there seem to have been several "Proteus" projects, it seems like maybe Larry Klaes, et al., are right: the name "Icepick" is already "ours," so we might as well keep it. Maybe just to keep things straight we could designate the current part of the project "Icepick II" or something.
What do you think? (or does it matter--let's not get wrapped around the axle over what we call it.)
