It appears from what we have collected on experts and data, that Colorado is our project center.

1)  Colorado likely has a glacier or two that will work for our purposes.
2)  Colorado hosts both Joe Latrell and Mickey Schmidt, and is the most central state in the US. 
3)  Gail is out in Nevada.  I believe that Robert Crawley is hailing from Texas, and Julie Edwards is somewhere near Colorado as well.

So, if/when we ever get to building a full-scale model, Icepick I, Colorado will likely be our test center.
