It's probably not a lot of work for someone knowledgeable about ARM to
write a ``cpu.arm`` vocabulary.  And I know that a prototype of one was
implemented at some point but not full featured.  The cpu abstraction is
pretty okay given that it worked on x86 x86-64 and ppc.
