if we don't apply the first patch, it will generate unnecessary libgstgconfelements2.so.0 and libgstgconfelements2.so.0.0.0 in the /lib/gstreamer-0.10
Without the second patch, it will define ENABLE_G729 either we --enable-g729 or not. It will cause gst_rtp_g729_pay_plugin_init() in the gstrtppayloads.cfailed.
