The latest translations from the Persian Academy (Farhangestan) for the computer term "bookmark", are "neshaanak" and "neshaanak-gozaari" (not final yet, since it's not signed by the president). The common translation for the physical thing that is used with real books, is of course "choob-alef", as Behdad said.
