[FC] FCW file associations

Hi guys,

I'm trying to use file associations with fcw but have some problem to
get it to work.
Starting with Adobe reader, one problems seems to be spaces in the
executables full path.
Trying with %20 instead of the space don't seem to work much better.

From fc.ini

What work is the third line in associations when I copy the pdf file to
same directory where the Adobe reader is and hit enter there.

Next problem is 7-zip
I can only get the file listing to work (first line in associations).
The Archiver block has some for me obscure error.

If you have some nice working examples, please share it.
