[FC] Wrong activated editor codepage

Hello,
 
I'm using the dev version of fc/w 2.3 built 2008-05-07.
 
The fcw.ini contains
...
CodePage=850
TranslateCP=1252
...
 
codepage 850 is necessary to display the borders etc. correctly, CP 1252
for the internal editor is used to show special characters like the
german Umlauts correctly.
 
The problem is, that the editor starts with another codepage; I always
have to activate CP1252 it by Alt-C. Here the CP 1252 is inserted
already, but has to be confirmed. Then FC has stored it, until I start
FC once again.
 
Is it possible to let the editor start with the CP 1252?
