None that I know of.

I think you could look at GeSHi -- a general highlighter that supports
many languages, including PHP. I'm attaching its definition file for
PHP -- you should be able to convert it to FCW's format.

What stops you from saying that 2.30 is ready? Why don't you just do a
few-weeks bugfixing session, release 2.30 and move onto wild, unknown
seas full of opportunities? ;)
