I have not used a 2 flyer wheel, but the way I do it on a regular 
wheel  when doing a historic renactment, is to hang a horn{Cow} from 
the maiden [I drilled a hole to put a cord thoughand }just dip a finger 
tip in when my lead hand is closest to the horn. However the misting 
and wraping in a plastic bag is much better and I do that when I am 
spinning at homeor doing a class on produtoin work with flax. hope this
