[Finale] re: Finale copying over existing music

I just tried the Document->Data Check->File Maintenance - and it says that 
there are minor inconsitencies but the file integrity is fine.

I finished arrangements and find that all of sudden, music is copied at
the end of the chart.  This has happened on 4 out of 26 songs in the
last 3 days.   One song, I edited the lyric, was about to close and
save the file and now the lyrics are gone and the old melody is pasted
at the end.  I'll have to type in the lyrics again.  I printed parts
and found this out.  Some I found before printing.  At least I see that
the full arrangement is not gone as I first thought.
