AutoGen, si; AutoOpts, no.  You have to have Guile to generate
the options code and then either ship libopts with your code
or depend upon it being installed.  But, libopts does not use
libguile.

Oh.  Sorry.  Someday, when someone asks, I'll make a
more easily packageable libopts.  Would that have solved
your problem?
