Hi, I'm not an iPod owner, but I created a tutorial after helping a friend.

I'm not trying to unload these comments onto the mailing list, but rather trying to ask for help. The major issue is with the iPod 3G and the 3.1.2 firware. The page has had ~2,700 views since it was originally put up Jan 6th, and averages about 100 views a day, so anything I can put on there to help them out would be great.
