I cannot reproduce it ,but my suspection is, that long running transactions
commited with commit retaining randomly dissapear from server .
Same problem was reported on
http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.db.firebird.user/13932 but i don't know if
they are using commit retaining.
This error appears while using Delphi with IBX or flamerobin.
On 2.5 and 2.1 there was no problems.
After moving to FB3 on client side we got random " invalid transaction handle
(expecting explicit transaction start)."
Tools on the same database like PHP with autocommit works fine.
