[flexcomponents] Viewable vs. content area

Hi,

Can anyone explain what is the difference between viewable and content area?

the viewable area is mentioned in the docs under "About Flex frames of 
reference" topic. Accordin to it, it is used for constraint and percentage 
based layout, while the content area is used for absolute layout.

Can anyone supply a code snippet which demonstrate the difference between these 
areas? when they differ?
