Chris, You might want to consider using the two-tone generator built into the PowerSDR software. I use it in conjunction with an oscilloscope (trapezoid pattern) to tune my AL-80B. It is located in Setup | Tests, you can set the power level to the drive requirement (or start lower) and click the Start button.
Works great for me. 73, Bob, K5KDN -----Original Message----- From: flexradio-boun...@flex-radio.biz [mailto:flexradio-boun...@flex-radio.biz] On Behalf Of Chris Thompson Sent: Thursday, November 12, 2009 12:55 PM To: FlexRadio@flex-radio.biz Subject: [Flexradio] SDR-1000 w/ Ameritron AL-811h Tunning Help Hello to All, Just recently purchased an Ameritron AL-811h amplifier and im new to this amplifier and im having dificulty tunning it with my flex SDR-1000.
