Because HRD has some latency when keying with CAT you may want to set up 
an extra COM port and use the use the "via serial port" option of the 
"PTT" setup in DM780 and enable PTT control on the "CAT control" tab of 
PoweSDR.
Also, make sure you're CAT setup is correct in HRD as Tim had suggested"
