In order to get VoiceKeyer to work with Win7, I had to make some rather
significant changes to the way the .wav files are handled.  That is all
internal stuff which should be transparent to the user.  However, you MUST
download & install the Microsoft DirectX v9.0 runtime separately.  This
requirement is stated on my website immediately after the note stating the
requirement for .NET v3.5 SP1.

I have had 3-4 other users report the exact same error message after moving

to VoiceKeyer v3.0.1.  In each case, the problem went away after they
installed DirectX v9.0.  The links to download the DirectX v9.0 installer
are on my website.
