To the best of my knowledge there is a 'Free' version of VAC.
It's available at
software.muzychenko.net/eng/vac.html
It does have a womans voice give an ID occasionally.
As a incentive to get the paid for registerd version.
The free version does work well with FlexRadio in the Digital modes.
