Neal - Are you running Win7 in Boot Camp or in Parallels on your Mac Book? The new version of Parallels (version 5) is supposed to be FB for Win7.

That's interesting it's likely true in my case because the iMac I am using is an i7 intel iMac and not a core duo?? The info was given to me by Apple .

Just got a new 27inch iMac i7 machine. Windows 7 will not YET work in bootcamp. There will be a fix before the end of December.. likely quicker. So anyone trying tou se Windows 7 with the iMac and Snow Leopard OS .. don't get fustrated if it won't install.
