Many thanks for all the replies to my question about a laptop for the F3K. Many of the replies suggested that I disable the wireless adapter. I disabled the wireless last night and was able to run for about an hour with no problems! Will be operating this weekend and should know for sure if the problem is fixed.
Since the laptop will not be connected to the internet, I will also disable anti-virus which should free up some cpu power.
