I am using an M-Audio Firewire Audiophile as the intermediate device. The M-Audio is connected to the flex via a short shielded cable. I am using a configuration of the M-Audio that allows me to run it without a computer attached to it. If need be I am connecting my MacBook Pro to the M-Audio and change the config. I am also running the audio output of another Mac mini via the SPDIF port of the M-Audio. Pretty slick, actually. That's when I need to have some change from HF noise to something really loud - my iTunes has some of these in it. ;-) > > Jim > WV5K 73, Frank DG1SBG > > "Some mornings it's just not worth chewing through the restraints." > > > > _______________________________________________ > FlexRadio Systems Mailing List > FlexRadio@flex-radio.biz > http://mail.flex-radio.biz/mailman/listinfo/flexradio_flex-radio.biz > Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/flexradio%40flex-radio.biz/ > Knowledge Base: http://kc.flex-radio.com/ Homepage: > http://www.flex-radio.com/ _______________________________________________ FlexRadio Systems Mailing List FlexRadio@flex-radio.biz http://mail.flex-radio.biz/mailman/listinfo/flexradio_flex-radio.biz Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/flexradio%40flex-radio.biz/ Knowledge Base: http://kc.flex-radio.com/ Homepage: http://www.flex-radio.com/
