[Flexradio] WIN7, PSDR, and HRD

I upgraded the computer today to WIN7 Home Premium 32 bit (Fresh  
install).

Everything seems to run with the exception of HRD looses connection  
with PSDR virtual comm ports after a few minutes

I have tried both N8VBvCOM and Com0Com.... same thing happens.  If I  
use N3FJPs log program and the same comm ports, it works perfect.

Any suggestions?
