Yes, transmit and receive both work well for me, and the radio controls are functional, at least for everything I've tried with them so far. I find the receive speaker volume on my iPhone speaker is a little soft -- I typically have to crank up both the RX menu audio level and iPhone controls to 90-100%, but that that's really not a significant operational drawback, and this is a first-released version of a product.
