This was on the Klepper Master (about 130lbs with sailing gear). That is 
exactly what it looked like. Went to launch with the wife and kids holding 
the back end (they didn't want to go in the water first) and I had the 
front. Ended up grinding the back end again, cause they couldn't hold it. 
Which explains why I only had to do the last two feet.

Wheel cart! I have to put that on the project list. There was a nice picture 
on that awesome folding boat page with a guy towing one with his bicycle. 
Easier than sending the wife to the gym, I guess.
