Oh I see. You will need to create an inner fo:table in the fo:table-cell 
to allow the block-container to be aligned to the right. Blocks are 
stacked in the block-progression-dimension i.e. y direction so you are 
forced to use a table to place the block-container to the right of the 
other cell contents.
