Thanks for the tip, but I still have the same problem. Tried randomly attributes I suspected (border-separation, border-spacing, break-before, break-after, space-before, space-after, space-start, space-end, left, clear) but nothing seems to help.

That freaky padding is still there.

Another strange thing is that the padding is the same size as border. If border is 10pt, padding is also 10pt, if border is 0, padding is also 0.
