Replicant (Blade Runner name for biological androids, based on the book
Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?)

Fossroid (shorter than Fossilroid, and probably creates possitive
associations with "free/open source software" though, like "Fossilroid",
it kinda calls hemorrhoids to mind)

Ingen (after InGen, the company creating dinosaurs from fossils in
Jurassic Park)

I'll have to check my Android smartphone to see what version it uses and
get back to you, I guess.  I think it's on 2.2.
