Thanks for the reply. I just wanted to make sure that they were, in fact, different. If it had refused a pull and the project-code matched, then I would have started looking for a bug. In this case, it's probable that the owners of the Fossil changed the repository (perhaps because it was regenerated from CVS sources or something).
