There are two ways I can see that happening: 1. You didn’t select Wiki from the “Format” drop-down. The default “links-only” format doesn’t format numbered lists the way you want. 2. Wiki formatting doesn’t allow spaces between paragraphs. They have to butt up against each other: # Item 1 # Item 2 This is ugly when the items have long lines, but it’s a limitation of wiki formatting.
