make sure it is off by default and that some kind of new permission
letter is required in order to enable it, please.
Well they would falsify it when subscribing no?
Ah maybe you mean that only you can create new user on your repo. On my
setup, anyone can create an account, I have a python script that then
sends emails when there's changes to their tickets, so it makes sense to
be able to change your details, especially as I don't want to have to do
that for the hundreds of users we have.
But I get your point. If I find time to implement that I'll do it via a
new capability that would be off by default.
