[fpc-devel] user problems with fcl-res. need assistance

Hello, FPC developers' list

Lazarus is switched to use fcl-res already and some lazarus/fpc users 
have troubles with their old/new projects.

I'm trying to figure out myself what are the problems in real but I will 
not refuse fpc developers help:
