I use this for all my programs that use C libraries:

{$if defined(cpui386) or defined(cpux86_64)}
  SetExceptionMask(GetExceptionMask + [exZeroDivide, exInvalidOp]);
{$ifend}

Works fine with libs like OpenCV, etc.
