My experience is that the place is using busy, with lines, and will be busier once the new Ace Hardware store opens in the former Lincoln Discount store. It's not the time to be cutting back on window service. If you want to comment on the cutbacks, the USPS person to call is Anne Harrison, Mgr. Consumer Affairs, 800-870-7276 x7706. I called Rep. Markey's office and the response was that they were aware there would be cutbacks at retail windows, but not at Saxonville. However, they would look into it and mention that a new large store would be opening in the strip mall that could increase traffic.
