There will be a free self defense workshop for women and teenage girls on Wednesday 8/20 at 7pm at Nick Cerio's Kenpo Karate studio on RT 135 in Framingham . (next to La Cantina) It will last for an hour or so. No cost, no obligation, no registration. They are holding this as a public service.
