If you are cleaning out or redecorating, or in a donating mode, the
Framingham Historical Society & Museum welcomes donations of antiques,
collectibles, paintings, prints, and decorative items for their auction
coming up Nov. 2 at the Edgell Memorial Library. If you have large items
or large quantities, they will pick them up. Please call 508-872-3780 or
drop things off when the Museum is open: Wed & Thurs 10-4, Sat. 10-1. If
you aren't sure about something, ask. Last year someone donated a stunning
modern glass sculpture that was part of the silent auction portion of the
event.
They are especially interested in anything related to Framingham: for
example books, bottles, postcards, etc.
