Pineapple Stuffing...
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter - softened
4 eggs - beaten
20 oz. can crushed pineapple - drained
6 slices white bread - torn in cubes
Preheat oven to 375
In large bowl, mix all ingredients well, add mixture to buttered baking
dish,
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour...or until bubbling and browned.
How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young,
compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving, and tolerant of the
weak and strong. Because someday in your life you will have been all of these.
