Note : After booting with freedos bootable cd, I can access to the 
cd-rom drive( elterito is loaded in memory ).


Could you try the UIDE cd-rom driver please? it's the most recent work 
of the same driver author, Jack R Ellis.

thanks for having let us know about a problem where your normal cd 
driver can't find the drive but the eltorito one actually can :)
