Hello,
the ftp.proxy automatically uses passive mode, if the client does also.
So, if the client does not send a PASV the ftp.proxy will neither.
Maybe it has something to do with the passive response from ftp.proxy 1.5.
Please try using 1.6 Beta.

Hello again,
After some work around i find that the problem was client-side.
Despite I got PASV acknowledgement the client was still using PORT
connection to the proxy.
I tried with another ftp client software and it did well.
