<x-flowed>
I've done it and didn't get any luck.
I've added port 2121 ro ftpproxy, re-start xinetd and tried to ftp to
localhost on port 2121.
Got the error "connection refues".
When I run #ftp - the vsftpd answers because ftp is the binary for vsftpd
...and vsftpd is set to answer on port 21.
How I can make ftpproxy to answer "the call" if I want to test from the
localhost?
Regards,
Magda

hi! list,
i've just joined the list and could not find any
mention of archives on the ftpproxy site! any pointers
to archives?
i'm tryin to set an authenticating proxy i.e. users
first authenticate with a login/pass to proxy then to
server, anybody having set such a system could please
share his/her experience.
regards
chetan
