[general-l] cannot unsubscribe {01}

It seems one cannot unsubscribe from the list:
http://www.ftpproxy.org/html/maillinglists.html

The form is dead and sending mail does not work either.
And there's no other info on who manages the list,
that's why i wrote here. What else could i do ?
