Try using passive mode or check firewall logs. Also a debug log from the ftp.proxy could be helpful. Currently when I try to access it using Windows & Solaris Clients the connection goes thru fine but the data transfer is stuck in the port switching problems i.e. between PASV & ACTIVE. Do let me know how to resolve this issue. Connections from Linux Clients goes thru fine.
