B of A did this for a very long time... they finally started using something else. I really get irritated at techs who think we are a tiny, irrelevant minority... one recently told me that when I couldn't connect to their network... because of his non-standard Windows setup... actually told me if it was him, he'd toss my Mac laptop in the bay!
